9:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Review DRAFT Agreement for the Red River Navigation Feasibility Study received from Richard Brontoli.
9:45 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Update the Board on the status of the Red Chute Levee Widening Project by Testament Construction.
