8:40 a.m. – 8:50 a.m. Michael Kelsch with Raley & Associates, Inc. is requesting a permit to demolish an existing building and construct a new building for Ban Suk Korean Baptist Church located at 2219 Brownlee Road. (Permit #2022-03)
8:50 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Micha Duffy with Coyle Engineering on behalf of the BPPJ is seeking an encroachment Permit onto the BLD’s easement of the Bobby Byrd Ditch in order to construct improvements to the existing ditch. (Permit #2022-04)
9:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. Micha Duffy with Coyle Engineering on behalf of Red River Motor Company is requesting an encroachment permit onto Lateral B-1 to build a proposed car wash located at 1980 Airline Drive. (Permit #2022-07)
9:15 a.m. – 9:25 a.m. Mr. Don Durr with Durr Engineering is requesting a permit on behalf of Mr. Todd Roberts with Dalco Properties, LLC who resides at 2409 Benton Road to construct a 78’ X 80’ proposed building 25 feet from the toe of the Red River Levee. (Permit #2022-05)
9:25 a.m. – 9:40 a.m. Brian K. Smith with Smith Engineering on behalf of Cypress Baptist Church is seeking to remodel and expand 92 feet more towards the south and make hardscape and drainage improvements. (Permit #2022-07)
9:40 a.m. – 9:50 a.m. Kurt Nixon/Mark Long to give update on improvements to Tinsley Ditch.
9:50 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Michael Lowe with Kean Miller, LLP to review and potentially approve settlement agreement with Testament Construction.
