8:30 a.m. – 8:50 a.m Mr. John Good with PCS Holdings, LLC is seeking an encroachment permit onto the BLD’s Control Area to develop a proposed single family residential subdivision near the Villaggio and enable them to point the discharge storm water from Lake Villaggio into Glorioso Ditch. (Permit #2022 – 11)
8:50 a.m. – 9:10 a.m. Atakapa Services, LLC on behalf of their client, The City of Bossier City is requesting a Red River Levee Crossing and Road Extension Permit Application for a stormwater drainage pump station, outfall line, and road extension for the proposed Citizen’s Bank Drive Project. (Permit #2022 – 17)
9:10 a.m. – 9:20 a.m. The BPPJ is requesting approval for the construction of the North – South Corridor roadway and bridge over Cypress bayou within the BLD’s Control Area from Flat River to Crouch Road and installing drainage structures under proposed roadway, road work over Stinson Slough, Waggoner Slough, Borrow Pit Extension, and over Cypress Bayou Red Chute Guideline State Levee. (Permit #2022 -12)
9:20 a.m. – 9:40 a.m. Micha Duffy with Coyle Engineering on behalf of Red River Motor Company is re-submitting their request for an encroachment permit onto Lateral B-1 to build a proposed car wash located at 1980 Airline Drive. (Permit #2022 - 07)
9:40 a.m. – 9:50 a.m. Mr. Bill Bowden with Performance Proppants is requesting authorization to haul equipment on the Red River Levee.
9:50 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Pre-Approval of proposed budget for the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year.
