A. Willow Chute Bayou Land Development, L.L.C. being represented by Michael Kelsch, P.E with Raley and Associates, Inc. has requested a permit for an outfall pipe into Willow Chute Bayou for Cane’s Landing Unit #2. (PERMIT #2022 - 22)
B. Clinton Patrick on behalf of Cypress Baptist Church which is located at 4701 Palmetto Road in Benton for approval of the potential installation of a drainage culvert into Flat River to Flat River Willow Chute Cut-Off. (PERMIT #2022 – 28)
C. Nixon Engineering representing Mr. Michael Miller who resides at 164 Lakewood Point Drive in North Bossier has requested a permit for the construction of multiple rice field berms that would potentially be within the 100’ easement – BLD Control Area. (PERMIT #2022 – 32)
VII. OLD BUSINESS
A. Continued discussion regarding Mr. Bill Bowden’s previously submitted permit request on behalf of Performance Proppants to be authorized to haul equipment on the Red River Levee and the possible outcome of an alternate path or solution. (PERMIT #2022 -18)

A. Review of the following plats received from the MPC for approval and authorization of No Objection Letters from the Bossier Levee District.

B. Resolution for Board Members and staff to attend the 35 th ALBL Annual Meeting to be held in Baton Rouge, LA on May 5 - 6, 2022, and be reimbursed for expenses.
C. Resolution for the approval of the Proposed Budget previously reviewed by the Finance and Insurance Committee to be ADOPTED for the 2022 – 2023 Fiscal Year.
