8:50 a.m. – 9:05 a.m. Mark Long to discuss the approval and authorization of expenditures for several proposed projects: Red Chute Levee Surfacing, HDPE Culvert Liner Installations for Red Chute Levee, and Red River Scour Repairs.
9:05 a.m. – 9:20 a.m. Homeowner, Loreli Lopez of Lopez Investments submitted an encroachment permit request to reduce the side setback from 10’ to 5’ next to Benoit Bayou to facilitate the construction of a proposed single family home located at Lot #357 in Chez Moi Gardens. (#28 Chez Moi Drive – PERMIT #2022 – 46)
9:20 a.m. – 9:35 a.m. J & R Juneau, LLC represented by Niall Whatley, Commercial Construction & Development submitted a permit request to remove existing paving and to be replaced with new and additional paving to surround the building/business located at 1310 Driftwood Drive near lateral B – 4. (PERMIT #2022 -47)
9:35 a.m. – 9:50 a.m. Willow Chute Bayou Land Development, LLC being represented by Michael Kelsch with Raley & Associates, Inc. is requesting a permit to place fill material in a portion of the outer 50 feet of the 100 foot BLD Control Area and the relocation of the overflow flume for Canes’s Landing, Unit #2. (PERMIT #2022 – 51)
9:50 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Kirk Thomas with Pulley White to discuss Insurance renewals for the BLD.
