9:15 a.m. – 9:25 a.m. Mr. Ryan Estess with Raley & Associates requested a permit for culvert installations and a road encroachment on Bull Fight Bayou. (PERMIT #2022 – 67)
9:25 a.m. – 9:40 a.m. Discussion regarding entering into a Corporate Endeavor Agreement with the projected 50/50 cost share % with the COB project for channel improvements on Lateral B-1 Ditch.
9:40 a.m. – 9:50 a.m. Discussion regarding the processing and signing of a $150,000.00 check made payable to the Arkansas Dept. of Agriculture Natural Resources Division Feasibility Study to enable the BLD to move forward with participation in the S W Arkansas Red River Navigation Feasibility Study along with other entities.
9:50 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Discussion regarding an unpermitted fence encroachment located at 992 Maize Street on Willow Chute Bayou that was constructed by the homeowner Mr. Justin R. Seaton.
