VI. REQUESTS BY VISITORS
A. Mike DeFalco, representing Broussard & Company will be present to discuss and review the Bossier Levee District’s Annual Financial Report and recent Audit for the year ending June 30 th, 2022.
B. Mr. Ryan Estess with Raley & Associates, Inc. to appear and discuss a permit request to obtain approval for culvert installations and a road encroachment on Bull Fight Bayou located in Elm Grove.
VII. OLD BUSINESS
A. Discuss forming a Corporate Endeavour Agreement along with the projected cost share % of 50/50 with the City of Bossier City regarding the channel improvement project on Lateral B-1 Ditch.
B. Discussion regarding the processing and signing of a check for $150,0000.00 made payable to the Arkansas Department of Agriculture Natural Resource Division Feasibility Study to enable the Bossier Levee District along with other entities to move forward with participation in the S W Arkansas Red River Navigation Feasibility Study.
VIII. NEW BUSINESS
A. Review of submitted plats received from the MPC for approval and authorization of a No Objection Letters from the Bossier Levee District:
1. DALCO BROWNLEE – subdivision located in section 33, Township 19 North, Range 13 West And Section 4, Township 18 North, Range 13 West.
2. MINOR PLAT FOR THOMAS CRAIG MOORE & LAUREN BROOKE TABOR MOORE – located in Section 27, Township 19 North, Range 13 West.
B. Discussion regarding an unpermitted fence encroachment located at 992 Maize Street on Willow Chute Bayou that was constructed by the homeowner Mr. Justin R. Seaton.
C. Resolution for all Board Members and staff to attend the 81st ALBL Annual Meeting to be held in New Orleans, LA on Wednesday, November 30 and Thursday, December 1, 2022, and be reimbursed for expenses.
D. Resolution authorizing Secretary to transfer $650,000.00 from Huddleston/Smith Investments to checking account for projects and expenditures.
