8:40 a.m. – 8:55 a.m. Discussion regarding an unpermitted fence encroachment located at 992 Maize Street on Willow Chute Bayou that was constructed by the homeowner Mr. Justin R. Seaton.
8:55 a.m. – 9:10 a.m. Mr. Donald Barker with Mohr & Associates on behalf of their developer Mr. Ed Gaiennie with Southern Home Builders is requesting an encroachment permit along Flat River located in the Legacy Subdivision to make proposed detention pond drainage improvements located inside the BLD’s Control Area. 9:10 a.m. – 9:25 a.m. Mr. Ryan Estess, P. E. with Raley and Associates on behalf of homeowner, Mr. Todd Roberts is requesting a permit to construct a proposed aggregate driveway and two possible future residential driveways inside the BLD’s Control Area on Benoit Bayou; located on the east side of Old Brownlee Road. 9:25 a.m. – 9:40 a.m. Michael Kelsch with Raley & Associates is requesting a permit for Rosewalk Subdivision to encroach in the outer 50 feet of the 100 foot BLD Control Area to install a proposed detention pond, future Utility Servitudes, and fences along Willow Chute Bayou. (PERMIT #2022 -76)
9:40 a.m. – 9:55 a.m. Mr. Jacob and Amy Randall, homeowners at 223 Conti Way are requesting a Fence Encroachment Permit for their proposed building of a 6 foot privacy fence along the north side of their property located in St. Charles Court Subdivision, Unit No. 9 along Willow Chute Bayou. (PERMIT #2022 – 74)
