VI. REQUESTS BY VISITORS

A. Ryan Ferguson with Comstock Oil & Gas, Louisiana – LLC is requesting approval for the construction, operation, maintenance, upkeep and use of access roads and a new well pad site, for the drilling operation and maintenance of 2 wellbores, being Campbell 9-16-21 HC #3 ALT and Campbell 9-16-21 HC #4 ALT near Flat River. (PERMIT #2023 – 11)

B. Christopher Myers, Engineer with Coyle Engineering Co., Inc. has requested a permit on behalf of their client Word of God Ministries located at 1760 Swan Lake Road to allow construction for more parking spaces for the expansion of the existing parking and storm drainage outfalls that will encroach into the Bossier Levee District’s Control area of Benoit Bayou. (PERMIT # 2023 – 18)

C. Robert Rollins on behalf of the developer, Mr. Ed Gaiennie is requesting an encroachment along Macks Bayou Lateral to build a proposed outfall structure and detention pond for needed improvements to be made for the Preserve Phase II Subdivision. (PERMIT #2022 – 83)

D. Homeowner, Mr. Michael Brothers, represented by Backyard Products is requesting an encroachment permit to place a portable storage building / shed on his property located at 2463 Brookside Drive near Flat River. (PERMIT #2023 – 24)

E. Christopher Myers with Coyle Engineering Co., Inc. is requesting the following items be revised from a previous letter of request for approval for Willow Chute Ranch Subdivision: one 26’wide roadway crossing, outfall pipes, three roadside ditches discharging into Willow Chute Bayou, clearing of trees and underbrush, and installation of fences all within the Levee District 100’ Control Area. (PERMIT #2022 – 58)

VII. OLD BUSINESS

A. Discussion regarding any updates on the NFIP Red River Levee Risk Assessment with the USACE or from the Statewide Flood Control Program with the implementation of the BLD program for the Red River Levee Flood Abatement Project.

VIII. NEW BUSINESS

A. Review of any submitted plats received from the MPC for approval and authorization of No Objection Letters from the Bossier Levee District:

B. Resolution authorizing the Secretary to transfer $300,000.00 from Huddleston/Smith Investments to the BLD operating checking account for upcoming projects and future expenditures.
