9:20 a.m. – 9:30 a.m Approval of the removal of encroaching trees along the Red River Levee.
9:30 a.m. – 9:40 a.m. Approval for the purchase of new equipment / SUV.
9:40 a.m. – 9:50 a.m. Discuss letter from Reggie Lewis with Raley & Associates asking the BLD to abandon Merritt Ditch located in the Tiburon Subdivision.
9:50 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Discussion to increase the BLD’s sponsorship with the RRVA from $1,200.00 to $2,000.00 annually.
