8:35 a.m. – 8:55 a.m. Ryan Estess with Raley & Assoc. to discuss the permit request for the proposed construction of the Providence Classical Highschool Expansion.
8:55 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. Christopher Myers with Coyle Engineering Co, Inc. on behalf of their client Willow Chute Ranch Subdivision, LLC are requesting a few revisions from a previous letter of request submitted: Approval of an encroachment for a roadway crossing Willow Chute Bayou, two outfall pipes, three roadside ditches discharging into Willow Chute Bayou, and the clearing of trees and underbrush all within the Levee District’s 100’ Control Area.
9:15 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Discussion regarding request for the NFIP Red River Levee Risk Assessment with the USACE.
9:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Discussion of the draft resolution and the potential for the BLD to join the Attorney General’s Office along with other levee districts and state entities in the lawsuit against FEMA regarding Risk Rating 2.0.
9:45 a.m. – 9:55 a.m. Review of the proposal received from Randy Noble with Polaris Services, LLC for $9,250.00 regarding the plan and profile of recent levee elevations for Red Chute Levee.
