9:10 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. Review of any submitted plats received from the MPC or other agencies for review, approval and or authorization of No Objection Letters from the Bossier Levee District.
9:15 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Dustin Hendrick with Southern Pool Company is requesting a permit on behalf of Tiffany Givens, Property Owner, to encroach 5 ft into the District’s Control Area on Willow Chute Bayou for pool construction and associated work.
9:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Coyle Engineering Co., Inc. is requesting on behalf of the City of Bossier City to allow construction within the District’s Control Area on Benoit Bayou to expand Wemple Road by extending an existing storm drainage pipe and to accommodate a Walking Trail.
9:45 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Discussion on a Professional Services Agreement provided by Freese & Nichols, Inc. to include work on Red Chute Levee Mitigation – Study Phase, in the amount of $149,900.00, and adoption of a resolution for the District’s President, Timothy A. Larkin, to sign on behalf of the Bossier Levee District, if approved.
