9:15 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Discussion regarding Raley & Associates, LLC - Mathew Caraway submitted a request on behalf of Sara Bridges to allow unpermitted encroachments to remain within the District’s Control Area on Willow Chute Bayou just south of Tiburon Blvd.
9:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Mr. Daven Lazenby, homeowner who resides at 5426 Coach Road represented by RAM-Z Construction has submitted a letter of request for an encroachment permit regarding proposed construction of a 30-foot by 40-foot post frame shop and fence near Benoit Bayou. (PERMIT #2026-23)
9:45 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. AEP/SWEPCO represented by Rudi Seidensticker has requested a permit for a fencing encroachment variance on some lease property near 3700 Old Shed Road located near Lateral B-4. (PERMIT #2026-24)
