8:45 a.m. – 8:50 a.m. The District is currently soliciting for the repair or new audio equipment that has been giving Deanna trouble and not working correctly and video streaming equipment at the same time.
8:50 a.m. – 8:55 a.m. Mark Long to request the purchase of a new Interstate 60,000 lbs tilt deck trailer at $46,680.00.
8:55 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Mark Long to provide an update on Herbicide Contract 2026 – Off Base portion, for a total amount of $30,118.00.
9:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. PERMIT #2026-28 Mr. Kevin Laderoot, homeowner who resides at 5430 Couch Road is requesting a permit for fence encroachment close to Bedford Pl. near Benoit Bayou.
9:15 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. PERMIT #2026-33 Mr. Josh Sawyer, represented by Deramus Construction Services, is requesting a permit for a fence, earthwork, and pool located at 407 Omaha Circle near Willow Chute Bayou.
9:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. PERMIT #2026-34 Mr. Ryan Estess with Raley & Associates, on behalf of Folia, LLC is requesting a permit to allow for above ground structures, utilities, fences, pools, storage sheds or buildings, accessory structures, landscaping and trees to be allowed for the Unit No.2 for the Folia Subdivision construction near Brownlee Road and Upper Benoit Bayou.
9:45 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. PERMIT #2026-39 Mr. Mathew Caraway with Raley & Associates, on behalf of Sara Bridges/Harris-Cloud Family has submitted a permit request for a mobile home encroachment located on Swan Lake Road Cloud Property near Willow Chute Bayou.
